Arrayan fresco / Fresh Arrayan

The Arrayan fruit grows on perennial or deciduous trees. Similar to the guava, the arrayan fruit can be eaten as a snack or blended to a juice (agua fresca). The fresh arrayan is grown in Mexico, used for commercial production, and sold in retail stores.
